This ticket is a revocable license to attend the designated Louisiana Entertainment Publisher's dba Scene Magazine (Scene) event listed hereunder. This event may be rescheduled without prior notice. User assumes all risk of injury or death. Scene reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to or eject any person or persons whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, disruptive or who uses abusive or threatening language, or who violates the event dress code. The license granted by the ticket may be terminated, without cause or reason, by tendering to the holder the purchase price of the ticket. Any person entering the premises is subject to a search for prohibited items included but not limited to: weaponry of any kind, firearms, knives, incendiary devices, audio recording devices, video recording devices, narcotics and alcohol. User grants Scene the non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use (and to sublicense the use of) his or her name or likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, or other media recordation of the event. By using this ticket, User agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions contained herein.
